Events and engagements
We offer event planning for parties, engagements, and corporate events. The event service includes consultation with the event planner, vendor referrals, activity and decor inspiration, a detailed event timeline and map, coordination with vendors, assistance with set-up, and day-of coordination. The engagement service includes Q&A, consultation with your event planner, ideas and inspiration, venue referrals, day-of coordination, and photographer/videographer referrals. The event coordinator will work within your budget to plan your ideal event or engagement.
General event planning is charged at 18% of the event budget with a minimum fee of $200.
Engagement planning is $30/hour.
This service is only offered to events and engagements taking place in North-West British Columbia, with additional travel fees for events outside of the Terrace area.
